We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative - to join our Platform Management team and further grow our successful business within Nordics and Benelux Region.  This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers career and personal growth.

 

The Sales Development Rep will be part of the Nordics and Benelux teams and will be supporting the Field and Inside Sales representatives in an overlay capacity for the regions.  This individual will work closely with the sales teams to create, manage, and execute on pipeline activities with existing and new clients.  The rep will also support the team to manage/close high-velocity inbound sales opportunities from current clients. This position is a highly visible role where you will be interacting with large Enterprise accounts, medium and small businesses. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

-Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling and strategic email campaigning

-Quickly develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers

-Identify customer needs and requirements

-Schedule concrete next steps with the customer and the territory specialist, typically a product demonstration

-Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities

-Develop internal sales relationships with sales specialist and account managers

-Support account managers in the region to manage and close opportunities. 

-Be highly responsive to partners and customers, providing them with the information they need throughout the sales process. 

-Own and manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, leveraging a value-based selling approach. 

-Maintain accurate data in Salesforce

-Co-own sales achievement goals against a specified territory and team quota 

-Work with Reps to complete Health Checks, Quarterly Business Reviews and increase customer engagement with our Strategic Customers

 

Qualifications

-University degree, or relevant work experience in sales

-1+ years successful track record as Business Developer or inside sales rep (technology, software, B2B, etc.)

-Knowledge of MS Office

-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

-Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

-Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Independent, yet a team player

-Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills.

-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

 

Preferences

-Fluent in English. Additional languages
