LOCATION: CYBERJAYA, MALAYSIA

Responsibilities

 

This job role is responsible for qualifying leads, generating prospective customers through cold calling, and closing transactional sales deals. The successful candidate is required to:

-Meet demand generation targets in line with the Asia Pacific & Japan business objectives

-Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads

-Provide qualified leads to field sales team for close

-Take orders, answers questions, and sends marketing/sales material to prospective customers

-Prepares activity and forecast reports accurately and on time

-Learn a broad range of Quest software technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs

-Explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Quest Software as a competitive solution and keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive position of the company

-Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process

-Enhance awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products/services

-Close transaction deals as directed and sell Quest Software products and services

Qualifications

-At least 1+ years of business development or lead generation experience

-Must be a self-starter who excels at delivering results in a fast-paced environment

-Exposure to enterprise-level demand generation programs

-Understanding of sales processes and sales reporting tools

-Basic Knowledge in software technologies and standards related to IT infrastructure industry

-Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey

-Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis

-Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines

-Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills

-High level of Integrity and strong work ethics

-Must-have language skills: English

 

Preferences

-Optional language skills: Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Japanese, Korean

-Experience in inside sales or account management  

-Candidates from IT/Computer Software-Product/IT-infrastructure/IT-Solutions
