The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for overseeing revenue related functions such as monthly reconciliations, contract reviews, maintaining policy guidelines, establishing an effective control environment and audit execution.

-Perform contract reviews with an emphasis on complex transactions with multiple performance obligations
-Perform SSP analysis
-Manage timely month end close activities surrounding revenue with emphasis on deferred revenue and revenue
-Prepare quarterly calculations pertaining to accruals for royalties, rebates and other subsidies
-Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries as part of the close process
-Perform account reconciliations for revenue-related accounts
-Complete special projects on an as needed basis
-Compile reporting on an as needed basis for cross-functional groups such as Finance, Treasury and Tax
-Serve as a key liaison with external auditors on revenue matters
-Maintain the Company’s global revenue recognition policies
-Ensure proper control compliance for the revenue cycle
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting
-3+ years of work experience in accounting
-Strong knowledge of software revenue recognition principles and application, in particular ASC 606
-Working knowledge of GAAP, accounting procedures, accounting systems and SOX process
-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, preferably including strong excel skills over large amounts of data (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Charts)
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
-Able to work on multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Big Four audit experience
-Proficiency in Oracle and RevPro
