The Software Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the full cycle sales into all industry verticals and all account segmentations for Quest Software’s Platform Management, into a specific geographic territory.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. This job role will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales people. You will be working within a territory team and accounts in the Nordics.
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory using the telephone and visiting key customers with the key account manager. In your role you will build direct relationships with end user organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory.
-Sales development and expansion of the Nordics market based on fixed sales targets
-Work from Quests main office in Cork
-New customer acquisition and support of existing customer
-Generate new pipeline as well as driving forward and self-closing deals
-Identification of potential partners and expansion of the partner network
-Idea generation and marketing activities to increase sales potential
-Documentation and maintenance of activities using Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other current sales tools
-Prepares and delivers business justifications and executive summaries to key decision-makers
-Clearly and effectively articulates ROI and total cost of ownership
-Recognizes customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address opportunities
-Maintain current revenue and focus on identifying new opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth
-Ability to recognize technical relationships
-Fluent English and a Nordic Language
-2+ years of successful experience in a quota driven software sales capacity, managing the full sales cycle
-2+ years performing at or above quota
-Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
-Strong understanding of IT related processes
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, Excel
-Proficient in Salesforce.com
-Resources Management - The ability to develop and engage a virtual sales team to win opportunities
-Independently develop decisions within a defined process.
-Works independently & proactively to avoid & resolve issues
