We are currently looking for a Software Sales Regional Senior Manager for Mexico to join the Quest team, under the Information Management (IM) Business Unit.

    The Senior Leader will lead, mentor and drive a team of professionals (both direct and third party) across the IM Business Unit. In this role, this professional will lead software, service sales and renewals.

    Responsibilities

      • Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy for IM Business Unit in Mexico
      • Strong relationships with regional partners to support growth initiatives
      • Competency to leverage marketing, sales operations support and product teams
      • Creating sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
      • Report on regional sales results to the global business leaders
      • Manage forecast to deliver quarterly results
      • Lead and manage regular business reviews considering several aspects of the business (sales, marketing planning and execution, demand generation, channel execution, etc.)
      • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
      • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
      • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
      • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)
      • Responsible of hiring, coaching, developing and do performance management of the team

    Qualifications

      • Minimum of 8 years’ prior experience as regional sales leader in Mexico
      • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project leadership roll
      • Demonstrate tracking record of delivering a financial plan
      • Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
      • Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
      • Bilingual English/Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
      • Travel as needed.
