We are currently looking for a Software Sales Regional Senior Manager for Mexico to join the Quest team, under the Information Management (IM) Business Unit.

    The Senior Leader will lead, mentor and drive a team of professionals (both direct and third party) across the IM Business Unit. In this role, this professional will lead software, service sales and renewals.

    Responsibilities

    -Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy for IM Business Unit in Mexico

    -Strong relationships with regional partners to support growth initiatives

    -Competency to leverage marketing, sales operations support and product teams

    -Creating sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives

    -Report on regional sales results to the global business leaders

    -Manage forecast to deliver quarterly results

    -Lead and manage regular business reviews considering several aspects of the business (sales, marketing planning and execution,

    Demand generation, channel execution, etc.)

    -Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

    -Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

    -Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

    -Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)

    -Responsible of hiring, coaching, developing and do performance management of the team

    Qualifications

    -8+ years’ prior experience as regional sales leader in Mexico

    -2+ years’ experience in a project leadership roll

    -Demonstrate tracking record of delivering a financial plan

    -Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail

    -Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills

    -Bachelor Degree   

    -Bilingual English/Spanish   

    -Travel as needed

    -Portuguese Fluent
