    Quest is looking for a dynamic EMEA Regional Marketing Manager to lead our European demand generation team. This individual will lead a team of experienced marketers that drive lead generation and field events for all routes to market across the entirety of the Quest portfolio. This role requires quick decision making, the ability to use data to drive strategy, moving quickly, and relationship building of both internal and external stakeholders. The position is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with Quest leadership, product marketing, and sales. Successful candidates will be experienced marketing leaders who have a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.

    • Manage team focused on the integrated marketing campaigns, tactical marketing mix, and budget for the EMEA region
    • Ensure alignment on business unit go-to-market plans that can be successfully implemented in the region with a focus on relevant KPIs to drive results
    • Works closely with EMEA regional sales teams to ensure marketing programs are meeting expected results
    • Comprehend business unit go-to-market plans to create marketing plans and drive the business forward
    • Collaborate with business unit and central service stakeholders
    • Represent the regional needs to leadership
    • Utilize marketing data and systems to create analysis to support campaigns and decisions
    • Drive team toward Quest and regional goals
    • Create cohesive team environment that creates a positive experience for individual and team development


    • 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience
    • 2-3 years of agile marketing experience
    • Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas
    • Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible and open-minded
    • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational and relationship building skills
    • Proactive team leader who advocates change
    • Available for travel
