    Role Overview

    We are currently looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to start or build their career in software sales. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Renewal Representative is to maintain and grow revenue with our existing clients. The selected candidate must enjoy working within a team environment, demonstrate drive, and exemplify leadership. 


    • Strategically uncover upsell opportunities within existing clients.
    • Mitigate the impact of technical stopgaps by constantly driving outbound communication.
    • Act as the customer’s internal advocate to deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction, including coordination with internal and external groups.
    • Continuously expand knowledge on new and upcoming technology solutions.
    • Partner and collaborate field sales to uncover new revenue streams.
    • Continuously adapt to a growing and ever-changing industry.
    • Create and implement account plans for key customers.
    • Act as the retention expert for a designated territory
    • Achieve assigned monthly team revenue quotas
    • Log and maintain accurate activities and forecasts within Sales Force.
    • Participation in spontaneous activities that may involve fun, singing, trivia, and something competitive.



    • 1+ years of inside sales, software renewals or customer service experience
    • BA/BS degree
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be a motivated self-starter


    • Previous experience selling software, telecommunications, logistics, or insurance is a plus
    • Siebel or Salesforce.com experience preferred.
