  • Overview

    Quest Software is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator that is excited about working as a key member of our Salesforce.com center of excellence.  This is an important position that will help to extend our global implementation of Salesforce, and to consistently drive efficiency into our organization.  The SFDC Admin will work directly with our business owners to provide Salesforce administration and analysis.  The administrator will also provide architectural advice, assess and manage the overall health of the implementation, help to transition Quest to Lightning, and assist with data quality on the platform.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    Data & Schema Management

    • Ability to analyze large data sets across systems
    • Ability to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
    • Execute data migration/cleansing projects
    • Ability to archive large data sets

    Reporting

    • Develop Lightning reports, dashboards
    • Experience with Einstein analytics a plus

    User Management

    • Create and maintain all users in SFDC
    • Drive and increase user adoption and ensure user satisfaction
    • Provide documentation and deliver training where applicable

    Process

    • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFDC and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
    • Experience in transitioning from Classic to Lightning SFDC required
    • Ability to analyze and understand existing SFDC processes and workflows and setup and propose options for continuous improvement
    • Strong experience in workflows (Flow, Process Builder, etc), approval flows and email templates
    • Research changes in upcoming releases of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Strong understanding of sandbox best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity required

    Communication

    • Above average communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication at all levels of the organization
    • Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs
    • Contribute technical expertise to business projects and create solutions to meet challenges including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification (201 & 211) required & Dev 402 is a plus
    • Experience with Sales Cloud; Service Cloud also preferred
    • Work with 3rd party applications and integrations (Eloqua, Salesforce CPQ)
    • JIRA understanding a strong plus
    • Experience working with Force.com application packaging and deployment is a plus
    • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
