    Quest KACE provides fast-to-implement, easy-to-use systems management and deployment solutions to provision, manage, secure, and service a customer’s network-connected devices.  We’re currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join on our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team.


    Role overview:

    Responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and objectives. Evaluates and adjusts product marketing strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. Identifies and communicates the customer value proposition and maintains relationships with sales, product partners, and third party vendors. Assists in creating content in support of the promotion, enablement and sale of the products.


    Primary responsibilities:

    • Develops Go to Market, marketing plans/activities for specific product(s) or solution(s).
    • Develops content for internal and external audiences relaying product/solution strategies and value propositions, including customer presentations, sales training materials, thought leadership and demand generation assets.
    • Manages product/solutions launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize P&L impact of product transitions.
    • Engages with other departments to ensure execution of strategic plans, such as digital marketing, demand generation and sales enablement.
    • Engages, contributes and supports the cross-functional marketing team that executes against an agile methodology to deliver marketing programs.
    • Analyze competitive landscape and activities and identifies customer needs.
    • Regularly presents and speaks in front of groups – sales, channel partners, industry events and online webcasts.
    • Analysis of marketing effectiveness and determine strategy adjustments.
    • Approximate travel – 20%.


    Candidate requirements:

    • 8+ years’ experience in marketing.
    • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or a related field.
    • Proven project management experience - balancing multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
    • Able to work independently and able to work as part of a virtual team.
    • Creative ability to build messaging in a simple way that will resonate with the target audience.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills. Excellent relationship building and networking.
    • Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
    • Team player willing to work in a cross-functional and virtual marketing team.
    • Strategic and results-driven with the ability to analyze and make decisions based on data.


    Candidate preferences:

    • Previous experience with a B2B enterprise software company.
    • Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce.com, WebEx & Eloqua.
    • Previous Product Marketing experience a distinct advantage.
