    • Prepare complex consolidated financial statements accurately and timely; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: manage the quarterly and annual reporting processes
    • Coordinate with the International Teams during the month-end close and perform intercompany account reconciliations
    • Assist in preparing internal reporting and the review of key financial trends for presentation to management
    • Prepare work papers for external auditors and respond to their periodic requests
    • Prepare the annual financial statements, including statement of cash flows, and accompanying footnotes and disclosures as well as coordinate the review process with external auditors
    • Creation of the quarterly financial statements in support of lender requirements
    • Document and maintain Company accounting policies
    • Review, identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiencies
    • Identify internal control concerns and partner with other internal groups to mitigate control weaknesses
    • Reconcile various general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, primarily intercompany accounts
    • Own the monthly balance sheet review process and manage the timely resolution of discrepancies
    • Be a key member in liaising with the annual audit effort; ensure it’s completed accurately and timely
    • Work with individual sites to resolve matters related to the sites
    • Assist with M&A activities, including purchase price accounting, and integration of newly acquired companies
    • Owner of consolidation process, including but not limited to, consolidation of 50+ legal entities, multi-national and multi-currency subsidiary financial statements, including process for translation, review of consolidating elimination and adjusting entries; reconciliation of intercompany and investment in subsidiary transactions
    • Assist in user training and coaching global team members on HFM; develop and refine training materials
    • Direct interaction with senior members of leadership
    • Undertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs as required
    • Supervises consolidation team
    • Provide support, maintenance and the continuing development of our consolidation application, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and processes to ensure actual results are analyzed and communicated in a timely manner
    • Oversee the extract of data to HFM from Oracle including mapping, loading and reconciliation of data
    • Oversee all financial and technical aspects to Oracle HFM including maintaining script/rules and modifications as requested by users; maintain translation, cash flow and consolidation/elimination rules in accordance with US GAAP; all HFM migration processes from environments (DEV to QA to PROD) to ensure completed correctly and data is validated before use
    • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the HFM application and financial reports
    • Serve as a knowledge expert and assist cross functional teams in considering the consolidation implications of new proposals, future intercompany transactions, acquisitions and/or integrations
    • Lead efforts to partner with cross functional teams to streamline and improve the monthly financial reporting cycle with an emphasis on improving systems, processes and all financial reporting, simplifying general ledger postings to efficiently report and close.


    • 5-10 years of accounting close and consolidation reporting experience, including domestic and international subsidiaries; multi-currency; multiple legal entity
    • Strong background in HFM application, metadata, and HFM rules or another large/widely used consolidation application
    • Experience in detailed requirements gathering and documentation of requirements, including requirements for functional design, strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
    • Strong business acumen, understanding the impact and interdependencies between accounting and other areas of the business
    • Public accounting experiences a plus
    • Degree in Accounting
    • CPA license is strongly preferred.
    • Experience coaching and leading others
    • May require non-business hour support and occasional overtime to meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), country-specific GAAP or other multi-country accounting experience is preferred
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products.
