Nordics Software Sales Executive, Information Management Solutions - Stockholm Area

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our established Team, responsible for selling Quest Information Management solutions to new or existing Commercial or Public Sector clients.
Although the selling territory will span across Nordic Countries, the ideal base for this customer’s facing role would be Stockholm.

The ideal candidate must possess enterprise software sales experience allowing them to comfortably discuss both business and technology requirements with mid- to high-level decision makers. This position requires strong technical knowledge related to database management, performance monitoring and migration - replication as well as extended commercial skills to fit into customer’s requirements. This role will be responsible for selling a portfolio of products across Scandinavia, Finland and Iceland focusing on larger transactions. Candidates must be able to work in a collaborative sales environment aligned to a strong Team of Field Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, Channel Account Manager and Technical Pre-Sales as well as being helped by excellent internal support functions allowing best in class customers’ engagement within the territory.
-Selling Quest Information Management solutions in Nordic Countries through primarily customer engagement but also helped by a variety of sales and marketing activities,
-Finding, developing and closing sales opportunities through a structured sales process,
-Developing and maintaining strong business relationships,
-Creating and executing targeted account plans in concert with Channel Manager and Pre-sales,
-Coordinating and communicating with a team of partner managers, technical pre-sales, contracts & legal, post-sales…,
-Leverage relationships with Channel and Alliance Partners to increase account acquisition, opportunity size and expedite closure of Large Deals.
-This position forms part of the EMEA Sales Team, reporting to our EMEA Sales Manager
-5+ years successful experience Enterprise Sales
-5+ Years successful experience selling into Nordic’s Large Accounts (>10K employees)
-Demonstrated knowledge of database solutions and/or directly related technology
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
-Accurate forecasting skills
-Ability to sell to high-level executives using articulate value propositions
