  • Overview

    SW Regional Sales Manager


    Manages and leads a sales team for a given territory. Communicates, implements and executes all sales activities and strategies to maximize sales revenues in line with corporate objectives. Accurately forecasts revenue


    • Direct sales activities to maximize sales revenue and develop plans to ensure revenue growth of company products • Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
    • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
    • Manages software field sales members in the sale of the organizations software products or services to specific existing named or strategic accounts on a national/geographic basis.
    • Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities
    • Responsible for organizing cross functional teams’ engagement with accounts

    • Frequent contact with internal and external contacts at various management levels to obtain and allocate resources and complete specific phases of projects.

    • Assumes responsibility for sales objectives.

    • Analyzes quantitative, qualitative and trend data.

    • Knowledgeable in solutions and technical acumen.
