    The Quest Renewal Operations team is currently searching for a Sales Operations Business Analyst with proven analytical and process improvement expertise. This high profile, high impact position will support the Quest Renewals business. The key responsibilities include sales operations, process improvement & automation, and KPIs.


    • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with Renewals’ leadership to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes. Collaborates with sales leadership to develop and measure KPIs aligned to annual operating plan.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation, including automating regular reporting.
    • Complete other business analysis, requirements gathering and project management tasks as needed.
    • Analyze and interpret data and provide reports and recommendations that enable the Quest Renewal Sales organization to meet its business objectives.
    • Maintain process documentation in creation and use of reports.
    • Prepare presentations for quarterly and annual business reviews and other company meetings.
    • Participates in development of initiatives, quota and territory planning, and forecasts.


    • Undergraduate degree in business related discipline and 4-6 years relevant experience in a related sales, operations, marketing, or analytics/reporting role; or graduate degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
    • Commitment to learn the business and dig into the data; enjoys data mining.
    • Ability to frame situations, analyze root causes, resolve problems, and drive decisions.
    • Strong interpersonal communications and consulting skills.
    • Asks information gathering questions to understand business drivers and needs.
    • Advanced skills building SFDC dashboards and reports.
    • Expert abilities in Microsoft Excel, particularly structuring, analyzing, and reporting on large data sets, using pivot tables, etc.
    • Power BI and SQL experience a plus.
    • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and work effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
    • Customer centric focus. Must have a 'can do' attitude and an internal strong sense of urgency.
    • Experience in enterprise technology industry, preferably software.
    • Able to quantify how their analysis and project management has led to a positive impact on business results.
