    SW Inside Sales Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

     Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on
    maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new
     Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering
    with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution.
     Building Sales Strategies, Account and Opportunity Plans for existing and potential prospects
     May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
     Achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis
     Ensure the company presence and reputation is maximized with the customers and partners
     Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with
    customers and partners


    Qualifications - External
     2-5 years’ experience in IT/Software sales
     Knowledge of Data Protection software solutions and technologies
     Strong knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services and is able to identify how
    these products and services align to customer needs
     A high degree of energy, passion & optimism
     motivated & tenacious, able to overcome objections
     A confident communicator with strong written, & oral communication skills
     Ability to articulate the solution in terms of ROI to the customer
     Superior Negotiation skills
