SW Inside Sales Account Manager
Sells Quest’s Data Protection software portfolio of products and services (via telephone, web or email)
to specified ANZ territory and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on
maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new
Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering
with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution.
Building Sales Strategies, Account and Opportunity Plans for existing and potential prospects
May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
Achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis
Ensure the company presence and reputation is maximized with the customers and partners
Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with
customers and partners
Qualifications - External
2-5 years’ experience in IT/Software sales
Knowledge of Data Protection software solutions and technologies
Strong knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services and is able to identify how
these products and services align to customer needs
A high degree of energy, passion & optimism
motivated & tenacious, able to overcome objections
A confident communicator with strong written, & oral communication skills
Ability to articulate the solution in terms of ROI to the customer
Superior Negotiation skills
