    We are currently looking for a Sales Leader to join our team, responsible for selling Quest Information Management solutions to new or existing Commercial or Public Sector clients.

    Although his/her territory will be UK wide the role of this Sales Manager also includes a customer-facing element, the ideal location would therefore be in the greater London area.

    • Candidates must possess enterprise software sales experience allowing them to comfortably discuss both business and technology requirements with mid- to high-level decision makers. This position requires strong technical knowledge related to database management, performance monitoring and migration as well as extended commercial skills to fit into customer’s requirements. This role will be responsible for Sales across The UK and Ireland focusing on larger transactions. Candidates also must be able to work in a collaborative sales environment and coach, train, and lead a small team including some of the best industry experts. Candidates will be helped by excellent internal support functions allowing best in class customers engagement within the territory.



    • Achieve overall sales objectives driving Quest Information Management solutions in the UK and Ireland through primarily customer engagement but also through leading a small Team of some of seasoned Territory Account Managers,
    • Driving additional revenue through finding, developing and closing sales opportunities using a structured sales process,
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with Customers and Channel Partners,
    • Creating and executing targeted account plans in concert with Territory Managers, Channel Managers, Pre-sales, Marketing Leads as well as all important Channel Partners,
    • Coordinating and liaising with a strong team in Sales Operations, Contracts & Legal, Post-sales,
    • Leverage relationships with Channel and Alliance Partners to increase account acquisition, opportunity size and expedite closure of Large Deals.
    • Speak at conferences and other IT shows to promote the Quest Brand and the value of Partnership,
    • This position is the corner stone of our UK&IRL Business, reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Leader



    • 5+ years successful experience in Enterprise Sales into Large UK Accounts (>10K employees)
    • 2-3 years of experience with industry leading companies in a functional management role,



    • Exceptional oral and presentation communication skills,
    • Fluent English
    • Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
    • Accurate forecasting skills
    • Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
    • Proven aptitude to work in a virtual team environment and ability to build consensus
