    With the recent acquisition of Metalogix Software, Quest is investing heavily in this line of business and is searching for entrepreneurial-focused team members who are eager to build on our past success in an ever-growing market. We are currently looking for a Software Sales Account Manager to join our team, responsible for selling our Content Management-related solutions (specifically O365/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams related solutions) to global and largest Enterprise Accounts in Germany.


    Candidates must possess Enterprise Software and Best of Breed sales experience enabling them to comfortably discuss both business and technology issues with mid- to high-level decision makers. This position requires outstanding technical as well as sales skills. This role will be responsible for product sales in the assigned region - candidates must be able to work in a collaborative sales environment. Strategic selling and partner engagement within the territory will be required.


    • Selling Quest Content Management-related solutions (specifically O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams related solutions) within the Quest Platform Management Portfolio in the German market through a variety of sales and marketing activities
    • Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel including account managers on the rest of the Platform Management portfolio, partner managers, pre-sales, support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
    • Finding, developing and closing sales opportunities through a structured sales process
    • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
    • Creating and executing targeted account plans in concert with partner managers and pre-sales
    • Working with channel and alliance partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure on assign accounts
    • Customarily and regularly engage at client facilities
    • This position forms part of the German team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager



    • 10+ years overall sales experience, extensively in field based position
    • 5+ years overall sales experience selling software to large and global accounts (>10k employees) with proven account relationship management experience
    • Existing relationships with global/large Enterprise Accounts in the German market is an advantage
    • Strong senior executive level communication and presentation skills
    • Fluency in English and in German is mandatory
    • Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
