    The Marketing Sr. Director oversees our One Identity Marketing teams and its associated P&L including Market analysis, roadmap definition and funding, and marketing activities designed to increase product sales growth and expand market share. Oversees Global strategic planning, development and coordination of all portfolio and product definition activities as well as the marketing communications programs to promote the sale of company products and further the company’s sales objectives. Develops and implements marketing policies, programs and activities related to market research, marcom and promotion, product/brand management and product development and pricing. Identifies, evaluates and resolves business issues, manages budget and provides leadership to the Marketing function. Supports and guides the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the broader business team.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provides direction and guidance for operations, administration and results for sales objectives and operations.
    • Collaborates with subordinate leadership to set strategy and business objectives
    • May influence the strategic and or long-term focus for the function
    • Implements tactical and strategic change through subordinate managers
    • Provides authoritative advice to top management based on deep subject matter expertise
    • Initiates integrated business plans based on senior leadership strategy
    • Builds long-term development and succession plans
    • Applies influence and negotiation skills to drive business results
    • Sets the vision and provides strategic guidance
    • Takes accountability for financial and market performance against objectives and makes necessary improvements.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience or combination of education and experience
    • 6+ years of leadership experience
    • Experience with Security Software industry
    • Successful experience driving strategy
    • Undergraduate degree
    • Ability to travel up to 25%.
