    Responsibilities

    • Help in building foundation practices that can help in delivering Pre-sales efforts to customers.
    • Act as a leader, mentor, and role model on the team to less experienced team members.
    • Work with team to integrate identity solutions into the overall One Identity Message.
    • Delivers compelling technical and industry thought leadership to persuade One Identity’s largest customers’ business and technical decision makers of the superior business value and technical capabilities of One Identity products and our long-term vision and strategy.
    • Obtain thorough grasp of customers’ business and technical issues in order to architect a compelling solution and clearly articulate how One Identity solves the customer’s specific challenges.
    • These engagements include technology presentations, customized product demonstrations, Proof of Concept exercises and concise architectural/solution documentation.
    • Travel to assist One Identity account teams and One Identity partners in closing large enterprise license deals in competitive sales situations and service strategic customers as they implement and maintain One Identity products.
    • Work effectively within customer organizations by build stronger enterprise relationships from C level to the technical level personnel.
    • Maintains and regularly exercises expert level certification in applicable One Identity solutions as directed by management.
    • Provide expertise and forward-thinking strategies to key One Identity teams including solution architects, sales, systems consulting, product management, professional services, support and relevant business units.

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ Years’ experience with Identity Solutions
    • 8+ years of experience working in Presales as either a Solution Architect or Systems Consulting role.
    • Architect level Enterprise Identity Management.
    • Travel Requirements of up to 60%.
    • Successfully delivering complex POCs or Pilots.
    • Understanding and designing solutions for heterogeneous environments and systems are essential.
    • Hands-on project experience mapping business requirements to business logic, designing and implementing custom identity workflows, resource provisioning, and role based access controls.
    • Expertise in access control list (ACL), Segregation of Duties (SoD), users, dynamic groups and roles planning and implementing.
    • Familiarity with Governance and Compliance issues and solutions as it relates to Identity Management.
    • Expert knowledge with authentication technologies, including federation and multi-factor.
    • Ability to work with APIs to enable out of the box products to perform customized functionalities.
    • Experience in competing Identity Management products a plus.
    • Single Sign On and system integration to consolidate user accounts/identities.
    • A key indicator of this experience would be a skill set that includes one or more of the following product suites: IBM/Tivoli Identity Management, Oracle Identity Management (or Oblix/COREid/Thor), Sailpoint Identity Solutions; Computer Associates Identity Management (or Netegrity), MIM or FIM (Microsoft Identity Management), SunOne, Identity Management, Oracle Identity Manager, Novell Identity Manager,NetIQ (Microfocus) Identity Solutions, BMC Identity Management (or Passlogix),Waveset, Varonis or similar Governance suites.
    • In addition, the candidate must have experience with one or more of the following technologies: Strong .NET/Mono, VBScript and SQL writing and reading skills (C# a plus), Knowledge of SOA-based security (e.g., web services, WS-Security, SPML, etc.), Object Oriented Programing, SunOne Directory Server (or JavaOne/iPlanet Directory Server), Novell eDirectory, LDAP, NIS, Kerberos, Unix/Linux account management, experience in modifying system parameters and reading, interpreting and creating regular expressions.
    • Prefer knowledge of industry security frameworks, such as NIST. Knowledge of compliance regulations, such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR.
