We are currently looking for a Software Channel Sales Sr. Manager focused on managing a channel team for our Microsoft Platform Management solutions.  This position can be based remotely anywhere in the US.

    Role overview

    Responsible for the sales and distribution of products and achievement of specific revenue objectives through alternate channels (e.g., third-party sales). Partners and consults with Indirect Channels (Retailers, Wholesalers and Resellers) to implement channel sales programs to enhance Quest’s Microsoft Platform Management presence at partner’s point of sales.


    • Establish sales through indirect channels such as Value Added Reseller (VAR), Distributors, Dealers, Alliances or Partners
    • Attains team revenue and margin targets
    • Ensure Quest brand values are maintained by Channel Partners
    • Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members
    • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
    • Drive channel sales strategies and channel sales promotion campaigns
    • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities
    • Responsible for organizing cross functional teams’ engagement with account.


    • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
    • 6+ years managerial/leadership experience
    • Ability to drive training and development plans for organization.
    • Strong understanding of customer/industry climate.
    • Moderate to high level of MS Platform Management solutions and technical knowledge.
    • Ability to travel up to 50%.
