    Responsibilities

     

    • Lead and develop a growing team of industry professionals
    • Achieve overall sales objectives including: new revenue growth, incremental revenue growth through cross-sell and lead conversion rate.
    • Drive additional revenue through cross sell and up sell to existing customers and channel partners
    • Create and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics to enable business decisions and identify trends.
    • Develop and drive business planning, marketing programs, and goal attainment.
    • Drive daily accountability for reps on sales objectives and other metrics in the sales process.
    • Coach, mentor, develop, and measure the staff performance in support of overall sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage sales territories and lead management.
    • Develop and review Quarterly Business Plans with key internal stakeholders
    • Collaborates with Sales leader for the ISR team and the UK sales teams to set strategy and business objectives quarterly.
    • Influences the strategic and/or long-term focus for the function.
    • Implements tactical and strategic change through direct reports and wider Platform Management sales team in UK/I.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Role Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of experience with industry leading companies in a functional management role. Previous experience managing a team of top performing outside sales professionals
    • Proven successful track record of exceptional team leadership and management skills
    • Proven aptitude to work in a virtual team environment and ability to build consensus
    • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity, employing strong time management abilities.
    • Outstanding oral and presentation communication skills
    • Solution sales qualified
    • Enterprise Software background and knowledge of Microsoft solutions is desirable
    • Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.
