    The Senior Leader will lead, mentor and drive a team of 30+ professionals (both direct and third party) across five business units. In this role, this professional will lead software, service sales and renewals in a channel-only go to market.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and drive the channel go-to-market strategy for Latin America for all business units
    • Strong relationships with regional partners to support growth initiatives
    • This role will have six or more leaders reporting to them and must be capable of mentoring and driving an organization including sales, pre sales, services and renewals.
    • Competency to leverage marketing, sales operations support and product teams
    • Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
    • Report on regional sales results to the global business leaders
    • Manage forecast to deliver quarterly results
    • Lead and manage regular business reviews considering several aspects of the business (sales, marketing planning and execution, demand generation, channel execution, etc.)
    • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
    • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
    • Proven work experience in indirect/channel sales management
    • Proven experience in managing remote taskforces is desired
    • Ability to drive strategy and growth
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
    • Manage the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective group
    • Do career development/planning, performance and pay analysis of team members
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Availability to travel as needed
    • Excellent communication skills. Being trilingual is a plus (English, Spanish, Portuguese)

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years’ prior experience as regional sales leader in Latin America
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project leadership roll
    • Demonstrable track record of delivering a financial plan
    • Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
    • Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
