    We currently have an opening in our Austin, TX office for an experience Inside Sales Manager for our Platform Management team. This position is about growth and we are looking for an outstanding employee who wants a long-term opportunity. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the day to day management of a team of Inside Sales Reps, in selling Quest products, services and solutions to specified customer segments (primarily via telephone, web, or e-mail).

     

     

     
     

    Responsibilities

    -Work closely with finance to determine quarterly quotas and accurately outlook sales performance

    -Analyze and report out weekly on performance

    -Manage day to day operations of a sales team of 5-10 direct reports

    -Maintain specific SLA for customer responses with a high level of customer satisfaction

    -Responsible for all hiring and staffing needs, including maintaining an active bench for recruiting purposes

    -Drive awareness and understanding of program within key relationship segments to increase engagement and collaboration

    -Maintain appropriate business and pricing controls for the business

    -Identify and act on trends and opportunities as they develop in the marketplace

    -Collaborates with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives

    Qualifications

    -Experience/history of working with resellers and channel partners

    -Bachelor degree

    -Sales experience in the same or similar field (software)

    -Collaborate with the Sr Manager on territory strategy by identifying, generating and developing business growth opportunities

    -High Level knowledge of Microsoft critical platforms and market drivers

    -Establish and maintain relationships with Field Managers, Operations, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams

    -Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by having the Inside Reps guide customers through the sales cycle, from lead to opportunity booked
