    Sales Support Analyst - 12 months contract

    Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Analyst is to serve as primary interface between Sales and other operational functions within Quest, developing sales processes and procedures related to quoting and order processing.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Support Inside and Field Sales teams across EMEA region.

    • Provide business support to partners and distributors including assistance on order information, troubleshooting of wrong orders and products returns.
    • Preparation review and booking of complex quotations (including Enterprise License Agreements, Compliance, Upgrades, Swaps and Renewals) within our CRM-Systems (Siebel and Salesforce.com).
    • Data entry of incoming orders from customers and distributors.
    • Work in coordination with internal departments (Legal, Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Recognition) to ensure accurate on key deals.
    • Provide guidance and act as an advisor to Sales on Quest/ One Identity internal rules and processes.
    • Support End of Quarter activities
    • Drives sales support process improvements.

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • 2 years related experience in similar role position supporting sales organization (Operations, Order Management, Finance)
    • Ability to prioritize objectively and result driven
    • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast changing environment
    • Strong time management skills
    • Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
    • Good knowledge and experience with a CRM-System; preferred salesforce.com or Siebel
    • Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Additional European language is an advantage.
    • Standard office hours required: 9:00am - 5:30pm with the expectation that extra hours may be required around our busiest time of the month/quarter/year.
    • The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, self-starter with high attention to details, flexible to adjust to business requirements as required..
