Who uses superior technical and communication skills to provide world-class, customer-driven solutions to large enterprises, enabling One Identity sales and partner organizations to drive revenue from our Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.




    • Delivers compelling technical and industry thought leadership to work alongside One Identity’s largest Federal customers’ business and technical decision makers of the superior business value and technical capabilities of One Identity products and our long-term vision and strategy.
    • Obtain thorough grasp of customers’ business and technical issues in order to architect a compelling solution and clearly articulate how One Identity solves the customer’s specific challenges.
    • These engagements include technology presentations, customized product demonstrations, Proof of Concept exercises and concise architectural/solution documentation.
    • Travel to assist One Identity Federal account teams and partners in closing large enterprise license deals in competitive sales situations and service strategic customers as they implement and maintain One Identity products.
    • Work effectively within customer organizations by build stronger enterprise relationships from C level to the technical level personnel.
    • Maintains and regularly exercises expert level certification in applicable One Identity solutions as directed by management.
    • Work in a team focused environment alongside other team members, building skills and leveraging skills to help customers and become trusted advisors.
    • Provide expertise and forward-thinking strategies to key One Identity teams including solution architects, sales, systems consulting, product management, professional services, support and relevant business units.
    • Help in building foundation practices that can help in delivering Pre-sales efforts to customers.




    • Ability to Achieve or already have Federal Security Clearance
    • 6 – 8 years of experience working as either a Solution Architect or Systems Consulting role.
    • Architect level Enterprise Identity Management or Security Specific experience
    • Travel Requirements of 60%
    • Extensive experience in Identity Management.
    • Experience in working with teams.
    • Fast paced self-learner
    • Successfully delivering complex POCs or Pilots.
    • Understanding and designing solutions for heterogeneous environments and systems are essential.
    • Hands-on project experience mapping business requirements to business logic, designing and implementing custom identity workflows, resource provisioning, and role based access controls.
    • Expertise in access control list (ACL), Segregation of Duties (SoD), users, dynamic groups and roles planning and implementing.
    • Familiarity with Governance and Compliance issues and solutions as it relates to Identity Management.
    • Experience in competing Identity Management products a plus.
    • Single Sign On and system integration to consolidate user accounts/identities.
    • Heavy Directory and Directory Services knowledge necessary

    A key indicator of this experience would be a skill set that includes one or more of the following product suites: IBM/Tivoli Identity Management, Oracle Identity Management (or Oblix/COREid/Thor), Computer Associates Identity Management (or Netegrity), MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server or MMS (Microsoft Management Server) or Zoomit), SunOne, Identity Management, Oracle Identity Manager, Novell Identity Manager, BMC Identity Management (or Passlogix),Waveset, Varonis or similar Governance suites.

    • Additional experience with one or more of the following technologies is a plus: Strong .NET/Mono, VBScript and SQL writing and reading skills (C# a plus), Knowledge of SOA-based security (e.g., web services, WS-Security, SPML, etc.), Object Oriented Programing, , SunOne Directory Server (or JavaOne/iPlanet Directory Server), Novell eDirectory, LDAP, NIS, Kerberos, Unix/Linux account management, experience in modifying system parameters and reading, interpreting and creating regular expressions.
    • Experience in competing Privileged Account Management products a plus.
      • A key indicator of this experience would be a skill set that includes one or more of the following product suites: Likewise, Centrify, Cyber-Ark, BeyondTrust PowerBroker, Exceedium, Hitachi ID, CA ControlMinder
