  • Overview

    Quest is currently seeking a Digital Media Marketing Analyst.  As an analyst, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated Digital Media strategy for all paid media programs across all lines of business.  Paid Media includes paid advertising, paid search and paid social. You will deliver forward-thinking ideas and maintain strong ROI for media programs.  You will work closely across Agile & Business Unit Marketing teams to ensure consistency in Digital Media execution that aligns to each Business GTM strategy and objectives. 

     

    Responsibilities

    The Digital Media team will play a crucial role in building and executing digital marketing strategies and increase execution effectiveness for Quest Agile Marketing teams.  Job responsibilities include:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including paid search, paid social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersin execution, optimizations and reporting
    • Collaborate and communicate regularly and effectively on BU Agile calls
    • Provide service deliverables and progress updates in Oasis request queue while meeting/exceeding SLAs
    • Submit purchase orders and reconcile invoicing

    Qualifications

    The perfect candidate would possess a working knowledge of the systems and processes used to market to customers, prospects, and channel partners. The skills and background we are looking for are as follows: 

    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing pay per click, social media (paid and organic) and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Understanding of, and ability to execute within an Agile marketing model
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Agency and vendor management experience
    • Critical thinker comfortable analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities and report outcomes to our key internal stakeholders
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a Digital Marketing environment
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests/projects simultaneously
    • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
    • Working in a team environment with emphasis on team collaboration
    • Comfortable building presentations and delivering in front of broader groups
    • A good sense of humor
