Quest Software is looking for high energy, passionate and adaptive team players with great work ethic to join our Professional Services team as IT Solution Analysts.

Quest Software is working in some of the largest and most complex customer environments helping them modernize and transform their businesses. With our rapid growth and large scale projects, we need passionate employees to master processes and help us deliver excellent solutions to our customers.  As part of a central, you will work to understand Quest Software solutions, the latest Microsoft platforms and their relationship and impact on our customer’s business. As an IT Solution Analyst, you will be a driving force in identifying and understanding business needs along with providing leadership in facilitating the definition and delivery of IT solutions that solve them.  You must be comfortable leading and articulating the steps of our IT solutions to customer stakeholders, technical leads, users and team members.


  • Works and communicates effectively with Technical and Non-Technical customers and team members including executives, project sponsors, applications owners, technical leads, users, migration engineers, program/project managers, etc.
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to customer satisfaction and success
  • Executes on project plan activities as directed by project manager
  • Follows and supports the Quest services methodology in all assigned projects
  • Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, instigate, lead and attain consensus on project activities while interacting with multiple levels of customer team members.
  • Shares expertise and feedback to improve the services solutions provided by the team.


  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary

  • Confidently demonstrates the value of Quest consulting solutions and can speak confidently in technical conversations
  • Analyzes/Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate several different types of remote meetings using technology solutions like Skype.

  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively



Other Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business or similar
  • Previous consulting experience in Business or IT Systems Analysis
  • Extensive experience with MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of network principals, client server systems, Active Directory and related technology preferred
  • Experience with business process documents, process flow analysis and working with technical people would be an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support global clients
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client or project team locations (25% or less)
