    The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Associate is to support the Software, Hardware and Professional Service organization through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for quickly completing administrative tasks by adhering to set processes and procedures relating to pricing quotes, online/offline order administration, order fulfillment and communication. 

    Responsibilities

    • Support the sales organization with processes and guidance in all aspects of the deal lifecycle
    • Provide customer service support through phone and email for all types of requests; coordinate with related departments to solve issues
    • Provide business support to partners and distributors. This includes tasks such as routing, status inquiries, coordinating with related departments, and education  
    • Prepare quotes, process returns and process orders for all aspects of our business in Japan and the Asia Pacific markets
    • Maintain administrative tasks in CRM systems

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Bilingual in Japanese (written and verbal)
    • 2+ years related experience or combination of education and experience
    • Demonstrates excellent written skills through the ability to effectively write routine reports and correspondence
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills through the ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organizations
    • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
    • Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, Outlook, etc.

    Preferences

    • 1+ year experience with Salesforce or Siebel CRM
    • Bachelor's degree
