We are looking for a Front-End Technical Lead to take a leadership role within Quest’s Platform Management Group.  This group has several new initiatives to innovate and build upon existing products for new SaaS offerings. The Front-End Technical Lead  will be responsible for elevating End-to-End user experience through disruptive thinking and innovative problem solving.


  • An effective Tech Lead establishes a technical vision with the development team and works with developers to turn it into reality
  • Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns
  • Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high quality delivery
  • Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, high test code coverage, on-going code refactoring and adequate documentation
  • Ability to work successfully in a highly matrix organization and build partnerships with peers


  • 4-year university education with an emphasis in Computer Science or an engineering field
  • Experience with leading a team (2+ years), of at least 3 people, architecting solutions, establishing best practices, and introducing/implementing new technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Proficient in JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5
  • Strong working experience with Typescript
  • Deep knowledge of angular 2 best practices
