We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Renewals Manager to manage a team selling our large portfolio of software solutions. Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Inside Renewal Sales Manager is to manage and coach a team of inside sales representatives to reestablish relationships with clients who didn’t renew their software / hardware licenses with Quest.

  • Drives contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate and protects contract revenue stream. 
  • Uses team to ensure timely contract renewal and promotes awareness of upgrades and add-ons.
  • Directs a renewals sales team through leadership and coaching
  • Works towards the achievement of revenue goals, development of sales representatives, and overall value and vision of renewals sales
  • Drives revenue from installed accounts
  • Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships
  • Can effectively interface at many levels with internal and customer executives

 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 8 years of related inside sales experience or combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of managerial experience
  • Proven track record of success in selling
  • Ability to manage a team of individual contributors by coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to prioritize projects and/deliverables
  • Ability to drive accurate and timely decisions
  • Experience working in a matrix environment.

 

Preferences

  • Software selling experience a plus
  • Bachelors’ degee
