Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Associate is on-going production support for the Deal Registration program for Quest and One Identity.  Responsible for working through a review process on channel partner pipeline originating from the Partner Circle portal, engaging with sales for collaboration and rendering a decision to approve or deny the partner request.  The role will operate regionally, though may need to support other global regions occasionally. 



  • Responsible for researching deal registration requests and rendering a decision to approve or deny the request within established timeframe
  • Activities would include researching account ownership, searching pipeline / forecast for duplicate deals, and contacting partner, direct account team, or indirect team as needed to reach an approval / denial decision
  • Other activities would include but not be limited to training of direct and indirect teams, tracking deal registration metrics, and reporting on program performance
  • Tools used would include SFDC, Partner Portal, Siebel, Excel, Outlook
  • Provides operational support to maximize sales force productivity.
  • Identifies issues/process improvements in area of responsibility to improve customer experience or productivity.
  • Can support projects/improvement programs cross functionally to implement improvements
  • Communications and information dissemination with sales force and cross-functional organizations.



  • 2+ years related experience or combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrates written skills through the ability to effectively write and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate English verbal communication skills through the ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organizations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, Outlook, etc.


  • BA degree ideal
  • Strong written English language skills
