This role is a combination of Partner development and Distributor Management. The position is responsible for selling Quest solutions in collaboration with our valued partners.



  • Work closely with Quest partners and Distributors to sell Quest products to customers
  • Recruit and enable new partners
  • Manage and Develop existing partners / Distributor
  • Educate customers and partners on Quest solution
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close sales opportunities with partners
  • Maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction and trust
  • Account planning, sales forecasting
  • Working closely with international teams
  • Effectively build and optimise long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and partners
  • Produce accurate forecasts on a Weekly/Quarterly basis and make sure the CRM system is always up to date


  • 6+ years Channel and/or Distribution Sales
  • Prior experience working for either technology vendors, IT distributors, systems integrators or IOT resellers
  • Proven track record in Sales and solution selling
  • Strong channel engagement experience – including business development, planning and enablement
  • Experience in working with and engaging senior business people
  • Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage strategically with customers to create large software transactions
  • Ability to engage with new partners on a business level to convince them to invest in building a Quest software competency, and supporting the partner's growth
  • Proven success in previous roles and ability to articulate reasons for success and strategies adopted
  • Good IT industry relationship networks
