This position will support sales compensation for North America sales groups. We work closesly with sales leadership and field operations to ensure sales compensation is setup properly and provide analysis and insight on trends and outliers to help align compensation with strategic objectives.


  • Be the face of sales compensation and subject matter expert for assigned groups
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales and other finance organizations within Quest to resolve issues
  • Help to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in process and the system. Work with project team to work thru exceptions and closes all gaps identified
  • Engage business partners to drive simplification or other ad-hoc projects
  • Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policy and ensure consistent process across the region and globally
  • Validate and approve pay files monthly. Provide feedback on errors identified (CLCA).
  • Manage comp plans and roles for assigned regions
  • Understand business model and help maintain group hierarchies as needed
  • Manage QMS process/loads
  • 2nd level support for helpdesk cases
  • Manage proration for role changes and new hires
  • Manage carves, nomination and holds process
  • Participate in SPIF design and tracking
  • Maintain HR reporting and disposition changes identified on the WoW report
  • Hold periodic exception reviews
  • Provide input into policy changes
  • Support business with value added analytics



  • Degree in Business Admin (major in Finance) or Management or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of related experience or combination of education and experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Oracle user knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Results oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
