This position will support our global renewals sales team of about 100 people providing key analysis and insight in order to maximize our effectiveness at renewing our customer’s software support. The finance team supporting renewals is responsible for tracking the key metrics for the business on both top line revenue performance and expense management; and the team serves an important role in packaging and communicating this information to the renewals sales leadership.



This position will be based in North America but will require working with a global team given that the responsibilities include working with data at a global level. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Analyst for renewal rates which will require maintaining the data set and model for all products across all regions
  • Coordinating with various cross functional groups in order to improve the effectiveness of the renewal rate data structure – IT, BI Team, Sales Operations, etc.
  • Produce KPI dashboards for the renewals business
  • Assist in financial planning process in order to set accurate revenue and opex targets for the renewals business
  • Partner with sales operations on quota setting for the global renewals sales team
  • Recommend future state business intelligence strategies based on research, analytics and by leveraging your peers and involvement with the data community
  • Manage, participate in, or directly work on any additional projects, assignments, or initiatives assigned by management



  • Advanced Knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, including SQL Server, SQL (Coding), and Excel.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Data Sciences, or Graduate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expert in analyzing large, complex and multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company, particularly executive sales management 



  • Experience within the software industry or experience working with recurring revenue streams and the associated data and analysis
  • Degree in Computer Science or Data Sciences or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with SFDC, Siebel and Oracle; along with workflow management applications
