Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Sr. Associate is to support the Inside Renewals organization through customer, operational, and business support. Responsible for completing administrative tasks that aid in the closure of on-time support by adhering to processes and procedures relating to pricing quotes, online/offline order administration, email campaign support, and account contact verification.. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Validate contacts for upcoming renewals.
  • Assist, drive, and coordinate bulk email campaigns that drive on-time renewals.
  • Provide business support to partners and distributors. This includes tasks such as teaching them for the future, routing, and providing statues inquires.  
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes for several aspects of the business in North America and Latin America. 
  • Maintain administrative tasks in CRM systems
  • Properly route requests to other departments in timely manner and follow up when necessary.  

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years related experience or combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrates excellent written skills through the ability to effectively write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills through the ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organizations.
  • Ability to document processes
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. 
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, Outlook, etc.

Preferences

  • BA degree required.
