This key role in the IT Business Applications team is responsible for improving the current implementation/integration of Quest’s HR/Payroll systems and assist in future implementations of HR/Payroll related systems. The business analyst will be expected to work collaboratively to continually improve the systems and processes we design, develop and implement for Quest employees.
The HR BSA will provide internal analysis to key areas of the business, and to the IT project management, development and testing organizations. This role will participate in implementation and improvements to the HR/Payroll related applications, and fully meets the needs of our internal business customers.

The HR/Payroll Business Systems Analyst will be involved in most aspects of system and process implementation projects and must understand and be able to move easily from IT-centric to business-centric topics.
