  • Leads and manages the product operations team through significant change in roles, responsibilities, systems and processes.
  • Participates in the definition, implementation and execution of go-forward product operations systems, processes and policies for all Quest businesses, including One Identity and future acquisitions in support of software, hardware, SaaS and future delivery models. This includes process and data standards design, building consensus, implementing change with operational teams, and communications.
  • Acts as an advisor to senior management, Product Management, Finance, Sales Operations and IT to ensure consistent understanding of product operations processes and ensure those processes evolve as required to meet business needs, including SaaS and new delivery models.
  • Drives strategic initiatives or key parts of larger strategic initiatives in a self-motivated way with limited guidance
  • Own end-to-end product release management, starting from the handoff from Product Development to execution of all the work required to make the product or service commercially available for sales and customer delivery.  
    • Contribute to definition and implementation of release types, release definitions, versioning, EULA, license/activation key configuration and assignment, license/activation key fulfillment, addition to price lists and quoting tools, and roll out of purchasing policies specific to the product or service.
  • Actively define and implement standards and drive efficiency in licensing, product configuration and price list management.
  • Own SKU and Bill of Materials (BOM) definition.  This includes the substantial task of defining all items sold in Quest systems so that they can be quoted and configured in a SKU/BOM model.
  • Define and maintain process for recording and maintaining product hierarchy. 
  • Define and execute Product Operations activities in support of the End-of-Life process.
  • Own Pricing Operations including price list tools, production and delivery, system admin of pricing, pricing references, reporting and monthly communications. 
  • Implement appropriate processes to ensure the data quality and data integrity of all product operations deliverables (price lists, SKU’s, product hierarchy, license keys, etc.)



  • 5+ years managing an operational, process-rich team in a high technology environment
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or combination of BA degree and work experience.
  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in process definition and change implementation
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, including ability to undertake sophisticated analyses, and conduct high-impact presentations
  • Experience in engaging and leading cross functional stakeholder teams
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills



  • MBA preferred
  • Broad experience with soliciting requirements and defining processes for software/product delivery, license keys, SKUs and entitlement that integrate and align with overall strategic corporate goals
  • Product Operations leadership experience for SaaS
  • Ability to manage implementation of complex changes
  • Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
