We currently have an opening for a Sales Trainer on our Columbus, OH team. This role will be the training POC for our business development & inside sales representatives.
The Sales Trainer will start by learning the key values of our product and the current sales process. You will become an expert on the product’s many value propositions. You will teach the sales team how to convey the appropriate advantages based on their customer’s needs. You will learn new features and capabilities from new releases and teach sales and presales staff on high-level technical values as well as business values for customers.
-Help analyze, evaluate, refine and develop sales training curriculum and training program
-Delivery modes include face-to-face, e-learning, and Virtual Instructor Led Training
-Monitor and improve sales team performance by refining processes and training
-3+ years experience selling enterprise software or equivalent level of experience/education (strongly prefer those with a Bachelors degree)
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Some sales training experience on technical products a plus
-Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
