Role Overview

We accomplish this with a philosophy focused on great products, great service and an overall goal of being simple to do business with. The Project Program Management operationalizes this purpose for the Quest Renewals organization by facilitating large and small projects from conception to successful implementation, leading to improved experience for stakeholders. This role also engages with partners to drive incremental process efficiencies that enable the success of the Quest Renewals sales organization. The successful candidate will also represent the business needs of the Renewals organization on cross functional project teams.



  • Act as a change agent to implement sales process improvement within the Quest Renewals organization
  • Complete business analysis, requirements gathering and project management tasks on assigned projects
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects across multiple cross-functional teams, often with short delivery cycles. Coordinates teams through meetings and progress measurement activity; allocates work among team members and provides regular guidance.
  • Ensure project deliverables and new processes are fully documented and stakeholders are appropriately trained
  • Drive quality, process and automation activities that improve process efficiencies and enhance customer experience
  • Engage operationally as needed with business partners to ease impact on Renewals sales team while process improvements efforts are underway
  • Represent Renewals organization on cross-functional project teams
  • Provide critical business insight to business partners based on business acumen and analysis. Able to identify root issues and recommend action plans.



  • 3+ years of recent directly related experience a must
  • Strong analytical, and problem solving skills that enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Software industry experience in sales/renewal processes, or experience in comparable recurring revenue business
  • Strong interpersonal communications and consulting skills. Asks information gathering questions to understand business drivers. Establishes rapport quickly, via phone or face to face
  • Highly developed facilitation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and work effectively under pressure. Good follow-up skills
  • Advanced attention to detail and organization skills.


  • CRM (especially SFDC) experience desired
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Bachelors’ degree a plus
