EMEA Payroll Manager – Ireland

The EMEA Payroll Manager is responsible for processing company payroll across EMEA, working alongside global team members, the wider HR team and third party vendors.




Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions for multiple payrolls/countries and tax requirements.
  • Preparing statistical reports on team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave, taxes and withholdings.
  • Ensuring payroll is processed with speed and accuracy whilst maintaining records and files
  • Serving as liaison to team members and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.
  • Auditing team member pay records, and reconciles totals by department, location, country, etc.
  • Interpreting pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures meet government requirements.
  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Develops procedures and manages the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and team member benefit payments.
  • Reviews additions and changes to computerized payroll system (e.g., changes in salary, benefits, tax withholdings, etc.).



  • Experience working across the EMEA region, managing multiple countries and deadlines
  • Previous experience in a regional standalone position
  • Must be confident in coordinating, conducting and documenting financial analysis/ payroll projects and communicating results.
  • Ability to produce and deliver management reports on the status of assigned payroll functions.
