  • Direct efforts of others in achievement of strategic and operational objectives of the group.
  • Ensures proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits.
  • Ensures proper governmental reporting and compliance along with accuracy of payroll data and timely disburse of salary payment.
  • Taking lead in assigned activities along with the team members responsible for APJ payroll.
  • Plans and work towards daily activities related to payroll.
  • Promotes collaboration and accountability to meet team goals.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Maintains internal and/or external customer relationships by frequently interact with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Manages outsourced vendors and serves as a liaison in resolution of payroll problems between vendors and Quest.
  • Develops procedures and manages preparation, documentation, and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and team member benefit payments.
  • Reviews additions and changes to computerized payroll system (e.g., changes in salary, benefits, tax withholdings, etc.). along with managing payroll metrics and scorecards efficiencies.
  • To identify, analyze and improve existing process by recommending solutions in a creative and logical manner.
  • Payroll accounting, passing entries, reconciliation, audit schedules, liaison with auditors, handling accounting and finance related queries in relation to payroll and benefits
  • Dealing with all statutory bodies, ensuring periodic compliances, handling inspections, managing documentation and other requirements, representing company in front of all statutory authorities including PF, PT, ESI, LABOR, INCOME TAX, PROFFESIONAL TAX, S&E, etc. wherever applicable
  • Handling employee benefits including complete end-to-end administration related to employee Life insurance, accidental insurance, mediclaim insurance, Gratuity, superannuation, Leave management, HSD Claims & data management,



  • 8-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong in written and communication with detailed oriented and customer focus
