Quest Software is seeking a Global HR Operations Senior Specialist to play a key role in delivering and evolving our global HR Operations model, with a primary anchor in our growing Cork location. While this role is based in Ireland, it is fundamentally global in scope and mindset. We are looking for someone who operates beyond regional boundaries, bringing a unified, enterprise-wide approach to HR Operations.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, global HR Operations colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. You will help drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions, ensuring that processes and employee experiences are aligned globally.
