Responsibilities

Position Summary

Quest is currently seeking an Order Management Analyst to join our North America Order Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely order processing while serving as a key liaison between Sales and internal operational teams. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer orders, including Enterprise License Agreements, upgrades, swaps, and renewals, in accordance with established procedures using Salesforce and Oracle systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry for incoming orders from customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Legal, Deal Desk, Order Management, and Revenue Recognition to ensure order accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide business support to partners and distributors by assisting with order inquiries, resolving order discrepancies, and managing product returns.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Inside Sales and Field Sales by providing guidance on internal rules, policies, and order processing procedures.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate bookings.
  • Identify opportunities for and drive continuous process improvements within the Order Management function.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Sales, Operations, Order Management, Finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing and improving internal processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
