Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Revenue modeling support — bookings and pipeline reporting, scenario modeling, pricing analysis, and strategic initiative support.
• Expense support — departmental spend tracking, cost driver analysis, and budget-to-actuals variance reporting.
• Support AOP, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly close packages, variance analyses, and management reporting for the VP of FP&A and CFO.
• Maintain driver-based financial models reflecting Quest's SaaS dynamics — ARR, churn, net retention, and bookings.
• Track and analyze key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40.
Business Partnering & Analytics
• Serve as a financial business partner to assigned functions, supporting budget management, headcount planning, and cost optimization.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment cases.
Reporting & Dashboards
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards using Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Prepare board-ready materials and management presentations focused on strategic insight.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting outputs.
Process Improvement & Systems
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and templates.
• Contribute to Anaplan model builds and enhancements.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of progressive FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software business models and recurring revenue metrics.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to distill complex data into executive-ready summaries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
• MBA or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA a plus.
• Experience in a PE-backed company environment.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar enterprise planning and BI tools.
• Prior software experience.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying for financial analysis.
