Quest Software is seeking a Website Strategy & Experience Director to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our corporate website – the primary digital experience for prospects, customers and partners.  You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Regional Marketing, Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing and IT to deliver an optimized, conversion-driven experience that supports pipeline.

Responsibilities

Website Strategy & Management

  • Define and execute the website strategy to support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Own the corporate website CMS, ensuring scalable governance, consistency, and high-quality content delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a small team responsible for day-to-day site operations and enhancements.

Digital Experience & Conversion Optimization

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Leader and Demand Generation teams to optimize site architecture, content, and user journeys for lead generation and pipeline impact.
  • Implement and manage chatbot and conversational marketing tools to enhance engagement and accelerate conversion.
  • Lead UX optimization efforts, including A/B and multivariate testing, to drive improvements in navigation, form conversion, and content engagement.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze site performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing platforms) and report on key KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Digital growth leader to drive SEO best practices and technical performance improvements (speed, accessibility, mobile optimization).
  • Stay current on web experience trends, Martech innovations, and competitor strategies to keep our digital presence best-in-class.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in website strategy, digital marketing, or UX optimization, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments.

  • Proven experience managing CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress) and overseeing content operations.
  • Hands-on experience with UX testing, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with chatbot tools and integration into web experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, heatmapping, and testing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategy and web performance optimization.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience leading and developing small teams.
