Overview

Quest Software is seeking a visionary Vice President of AI & Data Analytics to lead the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the enterprise. Partnering closely with the CIO, CTO, and senior leadership, this role will define and execute an AI strategy that aligns with business priorities, drives measurable impact, and ensures ethical, responsible AI usage.

 

The VP will create a scalable and future-ready data infrastructure, and identify high-value opportunities to embed AI solutions into products, services, and workflows. This leader will be both a strategic architect and a hands-on driver of transformation, fostering AI literacy and a culture of innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities

 

  • Define and execute the company’s AI strategy in alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Partner with CIO, CTO, CEO, CFO, and business leaders to identify AI and data needs that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish an enterprise AI framework in collaboration with Legal, ensuring governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
  • Build and lead high-performing AI teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers.
  • Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing products, workflows, and decision processes.
  • Lead Data & Analytics to address infrastructure gaps and deliver scalable, future-ready platforms.
  • Standardize KPI reporting and ensure “one version of truth” across the organization.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency.
  • Develop AI literacy programs to upskill employees across departments.
  • Stay current on AI advancements and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Measure and evaluate AI solution performance, refining strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications

 

  • 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-wide AI strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and industry trends.
  • Experience building and scaling AI and analytics teams in complex, global environments.
  • Expertise in AI governance, data ethics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; Master’s or PhD also preferred.
