In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation—steering strategy, defining direction, and turning bold ideas into powerful features. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Development Managers, and Engineers to transform business needs into clear, actionable user stories that drive our agile development teams forward.  We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, speaks both the language of technology and the voice of the customer, and is passionate about delivering exceptional SaaS experiences. Your ability to bridge the gap between users and developers will be key to ensuring our products not only meet—but exceed—customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • You will expand customer requirements from product managers into features and stories that can be provided to a development team
  • You will work with UX engineers to build solid UI mockups that match the customer requirements
  • You will work with the development and product managers to define release scope and manage backlogs
  • You will work closely with the development manager to break stories out of features and define user acceptance criteria
  • You will assist the development manager in planning work for upcoming sprints
  • You will monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • You will provide strong leadership during technical reviews with architects
  • You will provide strong leadership during UI reviews and provide feedback
  • You will provide regular feedback to development team to facilitate the completion of stories
  • Monitor the On Demand portfolio across all modules to identify inconsistency

Qualifications

Required

  • You should possess a minimum of 6 years’ experience working in the software development industry
  • You should possess a Minimum of 3 years of direct product owner or product management experience
  • You should possess experience working with agile/Scrum development teams
  • You should possess experience working with fully remote and distributed development teams
  • You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You should be able to work in a team environment to mediate and resolve conflict, solve problems, and make decisions

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Entra ID
