Quest Software is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our Back-Office application team. You will work with professional services business partners and be responsible for solution design, configuration, process documentation, and providing general system support for Certinia PSA application. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, excellent communication, technical expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
-Architect, design, configure, test, and deliver solutions for our professional services organization
-Update or add Certinia PSA Configurations
-Implement Certinia PSA new functionality and enhancements
-Troubleshoot end-user application problems as needed
-Stay current with Certinia PSA best practices
-Test new PSA functionalities and coordinate business user testing for new features and upgrades
-Develop workarounds for problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as needed
-Ensure data integrity across PSA and integrated systems
-Produce documentation for system enhancements and new features
-Effectively triage and support requests from business users in our professional services organization
-BS in Computer Science or equivalent
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Experience with professional services organization business processes
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a business environment
-An ability to work autonomously with solid professional judgment
-Experience working with or implementing a Professional Services application
-Salesforce certification, a plus
-Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Office Suite
-Experience working with Salesforce Communities, Advanced Approvals, layouts, SOQL, DataLoader, Reports, and Workbench
