Quest Software is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Digital Growth to lead and scale our digital growth engine. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a mix of data-driven, product-led, and performance marketing strategies.   

 

As the Director of Digital Growth, you will own the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, drive optimization across the customer journey, and unlock growth opportunities through experimentation, funnel improvements, and marketing technology. You’ll manage a small team of digital marketers, providing hands-on leadership, mentorship, and support to help them grow while ensuring tactical excellence across all initiatives.

 

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Regional Marketing, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, and Web to ensure our digital strategy is aligned with business goals and constantly evolving to meet the demands of the market.

This is not a coordinator role—we’re looking for a hands-on, well-rounded digital leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance strategic thinking with execution, and knows how to create momentum across channels and teams. Your ultimate goal? To accelerate Quest Software’s digital presence, scale demand, and connect with and convert our target audiences at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Execute Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and drive an integrated digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Manage and Mentor a Small Digital Team: Lead a small team of growth marketers, providing tactical guidance, coaching, and development to elevate their performance and grow digital marketing capabilities across the organization.
  • Campaign Development and Optimization: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns—across search, display, social, and other paid/organic channels—with a focus on ROI, conversion rates, and customer journey performance. Identify and prioritize conversion bottlenecks in sales funnels. Collaborate with data analysts to interpret reports, then design and implement A/B tests and funnel optimizations based on insights. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you must be able to act on data and drive improvements
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools and performance data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and make informed decisions that improve funnel efficiency, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value. Provide the forecasting, measuring, and reporting on digital campaign performance.
  • Website and Funnel Optimization: Partner with web and content teams to enhance digital experiences, improve site performance, increase conversion rates, and support growth through ongoing experimentation and A/B testing.

         Oversee CRM strategy, ensuring personalized and effective customer journeys to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value (LTV), drive repeat purchases and reduce churn

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Content, Campaigns, and Sales teams to align digital strategies with go-to-market plans, content calendars, and product priorities.
  • MarTech & Toolset Enablement: Leverage and optimize marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools) to improve campaign execution, tracking, and attribution across the funnel.

You’ve led digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimized full-funnel performance, and have a strong command of modern MarTech tools. You’re a collaborative team player, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural mentor who’s excited to grow both people and results.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, data, or digital growth roles.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, of SEO, growth marketing, data strategy, and analytics.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and experimentation to inform decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional follow-through
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
