It’s exciting, it’s rewarding, it’s hard work and offers career and personal growth.  The Licensing Administrator interacts with customers and internal individuals to supply license keys and subscriptions for our software.

 

This position will involve Interaction on the licensing cases is via email and phone, adopting operational efficiency, and driving continual process improvement

 

100% Remote - Candidate must be located in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Process all types of One Identity product license code and license file requests including new orders, upgrade requests, license key regeneration, host/subscriber changes, ownership transfers, and merge requests.
  • Support internal and external customers with their non-technical needs as it relates to licensing
  • Resolve escalated issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for licensing systems and processes across all One Identity products.
  • Develop and maintain best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar Customer Facing Administration role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail oriented.
  • Possess a strong people orientation with the ability to listen, work and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask between various tasks and communication channels
  • Independent, self-motivated as well as the ability to work in a team to inspires and fosters team commitment
  • Models high standards of ethics
  • Takes ownership of issues, inspires and fosters team commitment

 

Communication/Interpersonal Skills:

  • Must be able to act as customer advocate to ensure the proper and timely processing of licensing cases
  • Must possess and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to pickup concepts and topics quickly
